Calling all experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Techs ready for a challenging travel assignment . Sunbelt Staffing is searching for a qualified Travel EP Tech to join our team at a progressive healthcare facility in Springfield, IL. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise in a state-of-the-art environment while exploring the rich history and Midwestern charm of Springfield.
Job Requirements
- RCES/RCIS
- BLS/ACLS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EP Tech is required
- Proven experience with a variety of electrophysiology procedures, especially ablations, is essential.
- Strong understanding of electrophysiology procedures and equipment operation is essential.
- Experience with pacemaker insertions and device management is highly preferred.
- Skilled in operating fluoroscopy equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic EP procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assistthe physician during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Excellent communication and collaboration are crucial for seamless teamwork with healthcare professionals.
- Thrivein a fast-paced environment and managemultiple tasks efficiently while working 10-hour shifts.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
