ProCare Therapy has teamed up with an excellent school district in Cattaraugus, New Yorklooking for someone to join their team as a Special Education Teacher for the next school year! The right candidate could be brought on ASAP.Read on to learn more about thiscontract opportunitybelow:
Job Type:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other educators.
- Adapt instructional materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Provide direct instruction in core academic subjects, life skills, and social-emotional development, as appropriate for each student's needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for inclusion and differentiation within the general education curriculum.
- Pay - $35-45/hr

Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education (NY)
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Special Education
