Qualifications
- One of the following | U.S. high school diploma, GED or equivalent from a U.S. institution, California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) certificate.
- Valid California driver's license.
- 1 year of general construction experience is highly preferred.
1st Shift | $20 - $25 per hour
Maintenance Worker Job Responsibilities
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on housing units and government buildings (painting, drywall repair, plumbing repairs, carpentry, new installs, etc.)
- Prepare job sites for tasks.
- Job site cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal.
- Install/replace rain gutters, water heaters, refrigerators, new light fixtures, toilets, faucets, countertops, etc.
- Clean and maintain tools and other equipment.
- Prioritize safety at all times.
