Qualifications

  • One of the following | U.S. high school diploma, GED or equivalent from a U.S. institution, California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) certificate.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • 1 year of general construction experience is highly preferred.

1st Shift | $20 - $25 per hour

Maintenance Worker Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general and preventative maintenance on housing units and government buildings (painting, drywall repair, plumbing repairs, carpentry, new installs, etc.)
  • Prepare job sites for tasks.
  • Job site cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal.
  • Install/replace rain gutters, water heaters, refrigerators, new light fixtures, toilets, faucets, countertops, etc.
  • Clean and maintain tools and other equipment.
  • Prioritize safety at all times.
