ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Ensure best-in-class customer service and follow through.
2. Follow safety protocols in place. We look out for you. You look out for you!
3. Accurately and thoroughly completes work order tickets.
4. Complete all work in a timely fashion, with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
5. Maintain punctual, regular with and predictable attendance.
6. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings and farms.
7. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
8. Weld and build pipes and fittings to ensure proper installation.
9. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are integrated into overall building plans.
10. Remodel existing plumbing systems to meet new specifications and requirements.
11. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
12. Displays excellent communication skills when working with customers and other associates and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
13. Must maintain good inventory and organization of company supplied tools within immediate and general work environment.
14. Ability to lift and push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout the shift and frequent climbing (i.e. ascending/descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, etc.).
15. Self-motivated and able to work together with a team or operate individually.
16. Trustworthy and dependable with a thorough thought process and a problem-solving mindset.
