Salary: $22.31/hr

CSI Sands N.E. offers expertise in materials engineering including, concrete, asphaltic concrete, rail ballast, sand and various construction related materials and supply.

 

At CSI Sands N.E. we provide a full range of aggregate and resource materials production services. We are equipped to handle every phase of the materials engineering process, from initial exploration to delivery of the end-product.

 

As the Office Administrator with CSI Sands N.E., you will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties to support our operations, administration, and accounting groups.

 

The successful candidate will be one that enjoys a fast-paced, multi-tasking, 24/7 environment. CSI Sands N.E. offers a competitive and comprehensive wage and benefits package.

 

 Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Daily review, data entry and processing of electronic data
  • Corresponding with field operations and customers/vendors regarding processing requirements (i.e. purchase orders)
  • Directing customer and vendor inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Maintaining and ordering office material and supplies
  • Distribution of supplies
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders and packing slips
  • Obtaining approval and issuing purchase orders
  • Mail distribution
  • Uploading documents to SharePoint and Asset Manager Document Control
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 The ideal candidate has the following:  

 

  • Office Administration Certificate or Diploma/Degree in either Business or Accounting
  • Minimum of one-year administrative experience
  • Experience with creating quote/proposals in heavy construction
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
  • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Maturity and discretion when dealing with confidential information and sensitive inquiries
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs of busy facility
  • Previous experience working with business system programs or accounting are assets
