Custom Applicator - Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Custom Applicator to join our team at River Country Coop. The Custom Applicator will be responsible for the precise application of crop protection and crop nutrient products according to company standards. This role involves delivering seed, crop protection, and crop nutrients, as well as general maintenance duties to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. The Custom Applicator must maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies and adhere to safety policies. Additionally, the role requires continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.

Responsibilities:

• Perform custom application of crop protection and crop nutrient products according to River Country Coop standards.
• Deliver seed, crop protection, and crop nutrients.
• Assist in completing equipment and facilities maintenance programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
• Adhere to River Country Coop safety policies.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation.
• Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driving Record.
• Current applicator license or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Previous experience in farm work or related field preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in agricultural applications.

PAY: $20 - $30 an hour/depending on experience & qualifications
