Groundskeeping Supervisor

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall performance of the day-to-day property management operations of all on-site staff, outside vendors and tenants. To maintain, preserve and improve the owner’s assets via expense control and capital projects, the Building Manager must create, manage and maintain a motivated team of employees and establish, adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures as set forth by the Management Company and/or Owner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive tenant relationships through regular communication, anticipation of needs and proactive solutions.
• Maintain a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
• Respond to inquiries and requests by tenants and resolve any problems and issues
• Direct on-site staff in all housekeeping, maintenance and improvements.
• Manage, direct and inspect third-party cleaning services, landscape services, HVAC services and any other third-party activities
• Conduct regular building inspections and prepare reports for senior management
• Obtain proposals from third parties to perform all required work and submit recommendations to senior management for approval.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years as an on-site property manager.
• Must be computer literate with and proficient in systems and software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Working knowledge of security, access control and HVAC management systems.
