Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Employment Coordinator is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting up to and including the onboarding of corporate employees and management of the Attendant Care Employee (ACE) workforce. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans for open positions and needs, working with long-term support coordinators and consumers to foster relationships, assist consumers with interviews, new hire documents and completion of new hire paperwork. Additionally, developing and executing a continuous communication plan with the ACE workforce. They will utilize strategies with the new hire applicants to include but not limited to conducting surveys and outreach to new hires, documenting efforts, and assessing outcomes. They will help manage the daily operations of the company's human resource functions and administer the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
