Healthcare Architect and Project Manager

The Role

As a Healthcare Architect and Project Manager at TETER, you will play a pivotal role in leading a variety of healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings, from conception to completion. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including project quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, and client communication. With your expertise in healthcare architecture and project management, you will ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop project scope, fees, budgets, and schedules during the marketing and contract development process.
  • Lead project teams, managing project quality, financial performance, and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients and project teams, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Manage project financials, monitoring budget deviations and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Coordinate with discipline consultants and internal/external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships with project teams, providing mentorship and support as needed.
  • Lead architectural design efforts, ensuring designs meet client requirements, project budget, and scope.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and participating in marketing and business development activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Professional license as a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer in the State of California.
  • Experience managing healthcare projects: 3-5 years Level I, 5-8 years for Level II.
  • 10 or more years of overall architectural experience, including experience managing support staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of the California Building Code and healthcare industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected annual salary for this role is $109,780-145,000 (must be willing to work in-office 50% of each week). Actual pay will be determined based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
