Quality Mechanical/ Electrical@ Brookville PA (1099 CONTRACTOR)

Responsibilities:

• Conducts quality control inspections throughout the production process (first-article, in-process and final pre-shipment). QC Inspection duties include, but are not limited to: visual (workmanship) evaluation, functional testing as applicable (measurements, assembly, etc.), packaging & labeling verification, etc. Must be able to read engineering technical drawings and use basic hand tools like digital calipers, etc.
• This position is for an on-site 3rd party quality engineering Inspector.
• You will be visually inspecting and recording all weld components of each product as well as managing any additional inspectors assigned to your site.
• Conducts technical sort and/or rework as necessary for client requirements.
• Provides timely, detailed reports and photographic evidence of product, packaging, labeling, defects noted, etc.
• Daily and weekly reports will be submitted using Microsoft Word or Excel.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in a Quality related position.
• QC Engineer with Electrical Inspection background preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comply with all professional ProQC and manufacturing site guidelines and safety requirements.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job type: 1099 contract

Shift Hours: Should be available for 1st Shift at certain days, regular job hours.
