Job Summary:
The Automotive Warranty Administrator with the Grey Wolf Auto Group will be responsible for managing and overseeing the warranty claims process for all brands of the group. The brands included are Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Ford, and General Motors. This individual will work closely with various departments within the dealership to ensure that all warranty claims are accurately processed and submitted in a timely manner. The Automotive Warranty Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining all warranty records and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the auto industry. The employee will receive a competitive salary based on experience, and will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims for the dealership, including parts and labor claims
- Work closely with Service and Parts departments to ensure that warranty claims are accurate and complete
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claim status and resolutions
- Maintain accurate and organized warranty records and documentation
- Train and educate dealership staff on warranty processes and procedures
- Monitor warranty trends and identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings
- Handle any disputes or discrepancies with warranty claims
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and legal warranty requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and analysis related to warranty claims

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive warranty administration or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Knowledge of automotive warranty systems and processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
