Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality respiratory care to patients in the MedSurg, IMC & ICU units.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program
- Registered through the National Board of Respiratory Care, as well as state licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
