Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll identify, recruit, and place top-tier talent within an organization. Using strong interpersonal and sales skills, you'll engage with clients and candidates to ensure optimal matches and enhance our company's reputation.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $20/hr+ competitive salary with a commission based on results
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
• In the office in St. Cloud, MN, Not Remote 

Responsibilities:

• Promptly fulfill requisitions with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and talent.
• Use various methods to recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
• Enhance the company's brand and visibility to attract top talent.
• Foster effective communication within the office and among team members.
• Take on additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility.
• Provide supervision and guidance to teammates as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer skills, including recruiting software.
• Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous performance-driven environment experience.
• Sales and customer service experience desired.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.
