Job Description
Position Title: PT Manager

Position Status: Full Time

Position Classification: Non- Exempt/ Hourly

Supervises: Personal Trainers

Position Detail: The PT Manager has responsibilities for the effectiveness in managing and implanting all club fitness related protocols.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Implement and facilitate monthly sales promotions for PT, Team Training, and Small Group Training.
  • Respond to clients and customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain close relationship with new member sales staff to ensure proper KPIs on fitness metrics.
  • Responsible for maintaining personal clientele.
  • Conduct weekly fitness department meetings.
  • Monitor all fitness stats on a daily basis and develop strategies with the Regional Manager.
  • Participate in managing/ordering of supplementation products with the Regional Manager.
  • Manage and develop Fitness Team.
Education/ Skills/ Certification:
  • Must currently hold an active, nationally accredited personal training certification, or a bachelors in exercise related field.
  • Ability to train and educate any new and existing staff in all areas of fitness department procedures.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the fitness department as defined by company standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales and management systems.
  • Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
