- Must be able to handle all phases of siding installation
- Must have own tools, bender/brake, and reliable truck
- Must have workers comp and liability insurance
- Craftsmanship coupled with customer service that is second to none
- 3-5+ years of siding experience
- Must be able to take work order instructions and complete in a timely fashion
- Must be able to complete daily clean-up / magnetic sweep
- Excellent pay with increases with a proven track record
- Average Earning potential $200,000 to $300,000 per crew minimally
- Direct deposit paid every week
- Materials measured with 99%+ accuracy and shipped to the job site prior to installation date
