Experienced Caregiver Reno / Sparks Overnight Shift

Role Summary:
We are seeking empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and contribute positively to the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting the independence and overall well-being of individuals within the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care tailored to each client's unique care plan
• Aid clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist in mobility, transfers, and exercises to enhance physical health
• Prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences, and help with feeding
• Maintain a tidy and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a professional caregiver
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if needed for client transportation)
