Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate and timely assistance.
Policy Support: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, making updates, and managing claims processes.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy changes, and claims status for future reference.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints promptly, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering proactive and professional service at every touchpoint.
Process customer policy change requests.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Handle customer renewals.
