Job Summary: The Administrative Associate is vital to our front office operations, providing extensive administrative support. We seek a candidate with a robust administrative background, ideally in a clinical or legal environment, and adept at managing professional correspondence. Responsibilities encompass office support, coordinating travel and meetings, handling mail and deliveries, and performing various clerical and secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the office, maintaining an efficient and professional workspace.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for staff.
  • Prepare meeting agendas; take and distribute minutes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to office staff and visitors.
  • Draft legal or professional documents in accordance with organizational needs.
  • Handle sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Perform general clerical and secretarial duties, including recordkeeping and managing office supplies.
