Responsibilities of an Inspector:

• Inspect properties within specific zip codes
• Maintain open communication with the company to meet inspection deadlines
• Complete inspections to our client's expectations
• Stay current with inspection requirements
• Ensure inspections are done during daylight hours
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Follow local safety regulations and requirements

Requirements:

• Mobile phone (iPhone or Android) with camera functionality (4G preferred)
• EZ Inspections phone App (Free download)
• Reliable desktop or laptop with high-speed internet access
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle
• Ability to efficiently route inspections
• Clear background check

Related Experience a PLUS:

• Background in Police Science, Investigations, or Security
• Experience as a Delivery Driver (Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, Taxi), Social Worker, Collections Agent, or Home Visits
• Prior roles as Process Servers, Document Delivery professionals, or Skip Tracers
• Familiarity with Occupancy Inspection or Insurance Inspections
