Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
Select Care Generations is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Macon, Georgia. As a contractor for our healthcare/medical division, the Registered Nurse will work on an individual contributor basis, providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering the best healthcare services. This is a part-time position with a compensation of $100 per diem, paid biweekly.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $100 per diem, paid biweekly

Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and create customized care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all state and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare/medical setting is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new electronic medical records systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends/holidays
