Responsibilities:
- Create and support an environment of Teamwork by helping a fellow employee or guest, without a second thought;
- Attendance in mandatory meetings, training, workshops, and/or seminars;
- Always wear safety/slip resistant shoes;
- Uniforms and/or clothing should always be on stage clean
- Adhere to organization policies and procedures;
- Always wear the safety belt when lifting objects over 20 lbs;
- Superior attendance and punctuality;
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person;
- General restaurant cleaning as directed;
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints;
- Clean tables and/or counters after guests have finished dining;
- Embodies Traditions Spirits Mission, Vision, and Core Values;
- Sweep/mop floors;
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards (wash hands after using restroom, etc.);
- Be aware of orders that are ready to be delivered and ensure that the right orders are delivered to the guests;
- Make sure that all guests have the things they need, such as napkins, salt and pepper;
- Clean and roll/unroll mats;
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry;
- Refill drinks as necessary;
- Remove serving dishes from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning;
- Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster;
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster;
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
