**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Partner to join our team and enhance the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and creating a stimulating environment that fosters social interaction, learning, and overall well-being.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational programs and activities for residents.
2. Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized activity plans based on individual interests and preferences.
3. Coordinate group outings, events, and special celebrations to promote socialization and community engagement.
4. Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident engagement to assess program effectiveness.
5. Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to residents who may require additional assistance to participate in activities.
6. Stay current on trends in senior living and recreational therapy to continuously improve and innovate our life enrichment programs.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in recreational therapy, gerontology, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience working with older adults in a recreational or therapeutic setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
4. Ability to plan and execute engaging activities that cater to a diverse range of interests and abilities.
5. Empathetic and patient demeanor to support residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities.
6. Demonstrated creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
