Elixir is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join its Sales Operations team. This role will partner with our sales and operational teams to govern and provide technical oversight to the Salesforce ecosystem, dashboarding & reporting, and a suite of integrated third party applications such as Revenue.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role has a heavy cross-functional component working with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other operational functions to ensure the GTM tech stack design efficiently scales with the company’s accelerating growth while reducing friction and enhancing operational visibility and performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has an eye for detail, a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and communicates well with stakeholders at all levels across departments.


Essential Functions

  • Supervise a global team of employees including making recommendations related to the hiring, retention, termination, and advancement of employees; scheduling projects and monitoring employees’ progress; handling employees’ grievances; coaching employees to achieve their full potential via Elixir Success and Quarterly Coaching programs
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including but not limited to new user setup and deactivation, roles and hierarchies, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules
  • Plan and execute Salesforce configuration changes including but not limited to flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and mobile administration
  • Design and build reports and dashboards that provide valuable data visualizations and insights for stakeholders
  • Document and prioritize needs around reporting and dashboarding from the global sales leadership
  • Establish change management procedures as well as maintain and groom a request backlog
  • Manage platform roadmap and release schedules, liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities
  • Coordinate efforts on prioritized project and service requests with Sales Operations leadership, Sales team members, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure platform changes are documented and communicated to end users and stakeholders
  • Identify, install, and maintain apps from the AppExchange
  • Ensure Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Conduct proactive system hygiene activities including health checks (Optimizer), security reviews, and release updates
  • Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation
  • Manage full copy and developer sandbox environments
  • Work with integrated applications including Revenue.io, ZoomInfo, Sage Intacct, and others
  • Stay up to date with the evolving Salesforce ecosystem, readily learn new features and functionalities, and adapt to changing business needs

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, CPQ Specialist
  • Advanced experience in data modeling and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology or equivalent experience (preferred)
