Avance Cabinetry delivers quality materials and pristine finishes for cabinetry that is functional & purposeful utilizing an advanced manufacturing process for efficiency and traditional woodworking methods for stability and craftsmanship.
We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform various administrative tasks that support both the production and administrative functions of the business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Receive and distribute mail & packages.
- Assist customers with item pick-ups.
- Contact customers about past due pick-ups and freight issues.
- Coordinate office events and functions.
- Order, receive and restock office supplies, first aid supplies, warehouse supplies vending machines items and other miscellaneous items as needed.
- Schedule outside vendor services as needed.
- Print and scan various packing slips, invoices, and other office related documents.
- Print purchase orders and labels.
- Facilitate dock searches with warehouse as needed.
- Process production related reports.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Other duties as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a fundamental knowledge of office equipment and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Stand, walk, sit, speak, hear, and listen.
- Use hands to operate equipment and lift supplies.
- Ability to read and analyze routine and complex documents and use a computer and other equipment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Punctuality & reliability is a must.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm
