Job Description
AMA Dumpsters located in Argyle, TX has an immediate opening for a Part-Time, Administrative Assistance. Please review the Roles and Responsibilities below, if you feel you qualify, submit your resume and we will follow up with the next steps.

Our company is growing and there is plenty of room for growth in this role! This role could develop into more responsibilities and full-time if desired!

Role and responsibilities
  • Enter weekly payroll tax liability report for EFTPS
  • Vehicle registration renewals as need
  • Organize and keep up with insurance for all assets – communication with our insurance agent
  • Create/maintain vin sheet for all vehicles and trailers with renewal dates for inspections/tags
  • Organize workmans compensation annual audit as needed, just compile the requested reports
  • Weekly audits on previous weeks dumpster entry, looking for errors or additions/problems
  • Updating builder contact info in database as needed
  • Assist in database audits and builder reports as needed
  • Audit old dumpster inventory in database
  • Clear management emails and disperse tasks accordingly where needed
  • Learn scheduling as back up if needed
  • Learn invoicing/receivables as possible back up if needed
  • Learn quickbooks and help with reports/organization/expenses etc
  • Learn back up for online weekly payroll as back up
  • Overall learning of business and being assist as needed for tasks that come up weekly
  • Organizing drop box, back up for documents, organize reports, make company more cloud based on all of our documentation
  • Filling out new builder paperwork as needed
  • Keeping us compliant with all builder certificates of insurance as needed

Schedule
  • flexible hours – this is task-oriented job, just needs to get done, no set hours per day required
  • Will need to check emails daily Monday-Friday and go through emails if needed/requested
  • Need to be responsible to finish requested tasks in required timeframe as needed for each individual task

Benefits
  • Job will be paid hourly, willing to set minimum hours per week after training period is over
  • Expected to be 20 hours per week, but can grow into fulltime if desired
  • Will provide laptop if needed or desired

Required knowledge, skill set
  • Excel
  • Outlook/general email
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus or be willing to learn
  • Quick with learning new technology, learning our database is biggest key
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, quick on your feet
  • Independent minded, need to figure out tasks and find/fix problems autonomously.
