Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) is seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant for the Village Veterinarian in beautiful Chelan, WA.

Who is the MVP at AVP? YOU ARE!

This MVP is responsible for assisting Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians in the care of animals, the hospital, and all medical equipment and machinery. Assistants will help maintain a clean, efficient, and healthy environment for animals being treated or boarded at the hospital. The Veterinary Assistant is a crucial part of the medical team and is responsible for advocating for the patient as well as the education of our clients.

At least one year of practicing in a small-animal clinic is preferred. Perfect opportunity for an emerging assistant who wants to be mentored by a great medical director.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses knowledge of animal health care, animal restraint techniques, and surgery preparation, in addition to being detail-oriented and having excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
