Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-driven individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln in Orland Park, Illinois. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who visit our dealership for automotive services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maximizing sales opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
• Listen to customers’ needs and concerns, accurately document them, and provide appropriate solutions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service for customers
• Communicate service recommendations and estimates to customers, and obtain their approval
• Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate records of services performed
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership products and services to accurately advise customers
• Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the dealership

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum five years dealership experience, CDK experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficient in computer systems and basic math
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detailed-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
