About the Role: As an Entry Level Account Manager at Style Netbox, you'll serve as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to execute client projects and campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to account management, including preparing reports and managing client contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, or related field is a plus but not required.
