The FOH Team Member is responsible for:

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, always say my pleasure
• Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
• Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork
• Take orders on registers, providing correct change and accurate orders to guests
• Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy
• Keep all condiments, cups, drinks, desserts, and other stations stocked
• Maintain clean working environment
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence

Requirements

• Capable of working on your feet for 6 - 8 hours
• Customer services oriented
• Able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead
• Have reliable transportation
• Possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Must be available to work most Saturdays.
