Location: Virginia
Salary: $1,390 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Empty trash cans and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing loose handles).
- Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).
- Maintain floors in high-traffic areas.
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms for conferences and events.
- Adhere to safety protocols (e.g., placing wet floor signs).
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred.
