CI Manager

As a Continuous Improvement Manager (also known as Process Improvement Manager, Operations Manager), you'll be responsible for the continuous development of productivity, generating cost reduction opportunities, coordinating major initiatives across the supply chain, implementing and training Lean/Six Sigma processes, and managing the Continuous Improvement staff. You'll also lead and coordinate plant-wide initiatives, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage the department's operating budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years leading Continuous Improvement projects or transformation projects.
• Green Belt Certification required, Black Belt Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
