Job Description

The Personnel Control Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining records for all team members of Premier Health. This entails creating profiles for new team members on our HR website, documenting promotions and transfers, and ensuring that management utilizes the proper routing forms for any staffing changes. This position will also work individually with new team members to guide them through the onboarding process, answer questions, and help them work toward the position that best suits their skills and interests. What You Will Do:

  • Establish and maintain routing forms while ensuring that the proper routing forms are being used with staffing changes
  • Oversee onboarding, internal promotions, and transfers and create documentation
  • Assist trainees by answering questions and helping them identify where their talents might best fit in the company
  • Keep HR website up to date and help make sure all managers have the knowledge to use it properly
  • Maintain open communication with department managers and directors
  • Work with team members to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure team members complete their candidate onboarding training programs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
