Requirements/Responsibilities

Because this a part time, evening position, this is the perfect opportunity to gain work experience and professional training in a fun, fast-paced environment! Our hours of operation are dependent upon the event schedule of the Spectrum Center, which varies.

We are looking for high-energy, self-leading individuals who are:

* Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
* Able to work on their feet for several hours at a time

Responsibilities:

* Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
* Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
* Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
* Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
* Taking orders with speed and accuracy
* Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window
* Checking for product quality and consistency
* Assist leadership in executing closing procedures
* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
