Located in beautiful Steamboat Springs, CO

Premier outdoor retail/rental shop, Switchback Sports, is hiring full-time Sales Associates. This is a Full Time job with benefits and a flexible work schedule to maximize your time outside. Be part of a fun team who sets the standard in the ski and bike industry. We're looking for professional individuals with excellent customer service and attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Running point of sale
  • Learning and staying up to date on ski equipment
  • Assist customers in finding clothing and equipment that will allow them to enjoy their time outside
  • Assisting guest with rental equipment
  • Work with ski and snowboard equipment (No ski technician experience is required. We provide full training.)


Benefits Include:

  • $18-$20/hour

  • With all the above it can easily add up to $23-$24+ an hour
