THE OPPORTUNITY
Universal Bankers should be excellent communicators with solid knowledge of banking processes and products. Sales and customer service experience can help you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate is bold and ethical and possesses strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and cross-selling them our products and services.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WE CAN COUNT ON TO…

• Open new checking, savings, CD’S, deposit accounts for customers and assist with account changes, closings, etc.
• Explain or promote products or services such as, online/mobile banking, mobile check deposit, apple pay etc.
• Receive checks or cash for deposit, verifies amount, ensures endorsement complete; cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances; records transactions.
• Greet customers promptly in the lobby or on the phone, identify their immediate needs and utilize branch workflow procedures to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Be heavily involved in the Orange City community and participate in our volunteer activities.
• Assist in accounts payable, statement reconciliation and other branch duties.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS…

• Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of customer service.
• Above average knowledge of fundamental mathematics.
• Ability to be trustworthy and act with integrity.
  
• Bilingual skill preferred
