Painter/Powder Coater

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is hiring for a Powder Coater to join our growing team!

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Application of paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirements
• Follow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements
• Able to use industrial paint equipment and various hand tools
• Maintain and clean spray guns and related equipment
• Report inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipment
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you collaborate with customers, clients, co-workers, and management
• Help the company meet its Quality & Safety objectives
• Other duties may also be assigned

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior industrial painting and/or powder coating experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Willing to work overtime, when needed
