Job Description
Our clients are seeking DSPs to provide service in the Flat Rock area, starting at $18/hr.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS:
* Provide support to adults with intellectual or development disabilities that will enhance their quality of life.
* Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
* Assist with and teach independent living skills.
* Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care
* Accompany participants to various appointments and community activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma or GED
* Current Driver's license
