• Clean enough record to get onto military bases as that constitutes a large percentage of our work
• Show up on time
• Stay for your full shift (unless previously arranged)
• Outwork my wife who is 5'5", with zero construction experience, and seems to be able to pull wire, set light poles, and unload a truck better than 75% of the people who've been applying. I'm telling you, this is not that hard to do. If you saw how bashed up the bumper of her car is, you wouldn't let her drive yours, and yet somehow she can run the telehandler without running through drywall...

If you have 3-5 years of experience, you can show up, listen to instructions, don't mind actually working and you're responsible enough to not need a babysitter (You'll have a team lead at first, but if we have to pay someone to hold your hand the whole time you're working, we can't pay you as much, which isn't good for anyone, (so let's just agree to just be responsible adults). We're looking for 2-3 Electricians to fill a need in our rapidly growing company. With a range of projects, anywhere from small restaurant buildouts to military and airport baggage handling systems, you will be able to learn all aspects of the electrical field. You'll have the opportunity to run your own jobs/crew after you demonstrate your skills and leadership abilities. This position affords the opportunity to grow as we continue to grow. Responsibilities:

• Running conduit
• Installing switch-gear
• Installing fixtures
• Device Installation
• Understanding blueprints

Requirements:

• Transportation
• Hand tools
• Must hold or obtain OSHA 10 card within 14 days of employment
• Must be able to pass a drug test (Medical cards approved)
• Weekends may be required at times
• Travel work possible
• Actually coming to work so my wife doesn't have to do your work on her weekends
