Penmac Staffing is now hiring for entry-level Production Worker positions at an injection molding manufacturing company in Camdenton, Missouri. All three shifts are available, with pay from $18-18.35 per hour depending on shift.
This Production Worker position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry while contributing to the production of high-quality pet products.
Responsibilities of a Production Worker:
- Operating Machinery: Follow standard operating procedures to operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently, contributing to the production process.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues promptly to ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Material Handling: Assist with the handling and storage of raw materials, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain product integrity.
- Assembly and Packaging: Assemble components and package finished products according to specifications, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to minimize workplace hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications for this Production Worker position:
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to sit or stand for duration of 8-10 hour shift, have good eyesight to verify quality, be able to withstand being around raw materials including dust, and be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on tasks to ensure product quality.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with others
