Job Description
Administrative Assistant needed for a fast-paced, team-oriented company that supports two personal injury law firms in Ybor City. This person would assist with a variety of personnel and general administrative duties. Along with excellent oral and written communication skills, an ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will make an immediate impact while refining existing skills and learning new ones.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of personnel functions and general administrative duties to include but not limited to:
- Maintain personnel & administrative records
- Provide clerical support for all personnel tasks
- Assist with recruitment and employee on-boarding/off-boarding
- General office support including back up reception, runner & other administrative services
- Track and coordinate attorney membership, CLE, seminar sign-up, etc.
- Coordinate with management to facilitate insurance renewals in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years office experience, previous H.R. experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Experience maintaining confidential information
The position’s hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am to 3:00pm Friday. Occasionally additional overtime may be necessary. Our office is a non-smoking environment.
