Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

Outpatient Infusion Oncologypharmacist at a Southern CA health system.
This regional medical center is an affliate of Southern CA's most reputable health systems.

This Pharmacist role will be based in the Cancer Center Pharmacy

Duties:

  • Will Functionas a drug specialist and therapy consultant in promoting optimum medication use
  • pounds, packages, labels, and dispenses drugs and intravenous admixture solutions
  • Reviews and confirms accuracy of work performed by pharmacy technicians
  • Reviews prescribed drug therapy for appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety based on specific data such as age of patient, disease state, and clinical status.
  • Performs quality assurance, drug use evaluation, and adverse reactions reporting activities;

pensation: Starts at $100.00/hour (inclusive of pay + travel/housing)

Schedule: Days
Qualifications:

  • PharmD.

  • CA Licensed Pharmacist.

  • Oncology experience.

  • PGYII Residency in oncology pharmacy
