School Psychologist

There is a contracted opening for a School Psychologist with ProCare Therapy in St Matthews, SC for the coming school year. ProCare is looking for reliable and committed professionals to fill this role.

This is a great opportunity for a local professional or someone who would be interested in a 1 year contract in a relocation role!

As the school's psychologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing services to students who are experiencing academic, behavioral, or emotional needs. You will collaborate with school staff and parents to develop interventions, behavior plans,and provide ongoing support to students in need.

Caseload:

• Kinder - 12th Grade
• Onsite only
• Evaluations, mental health counseling, assist IEP development, monitor student progress, write behavior plans, perform interventions.
• Full time
• Direct services, Functional Behavior Assessments, lead threat assessments
• 35hrs+/week
• Pay starting at $37/hr+ and increasing based on experience

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina licensure as aSchool Psychologist
• Past experience with school aged patients is sought but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• 1 manager reference
