Preschool Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Holt, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Duration: Full School Year

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of preschool-aged children? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic SLP to join our team in Holt, Michigan, to work with preschool students throughout the full school year.

Position Overview:

As a Preschool Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children develop their munication and language skills, setting them on a path for success in school and beyond. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for children with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs of preschool students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address munication disorders
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to preschool children in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support speech and language development in the classroom and at home
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and municate effectively with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Sciences and Disorders
  • Michigan State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required for new graduates
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
