As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students within the school munity.
Job Details:
- Location: Brunswick, MI
- Position Type: Full-time, Contract
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Contract
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans and supports.
- Provide counseling and support services to students individually and in group settings.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, develop intervention strategies, and make remendations for educational programming.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Michigan state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
- Strong munication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
