CNC Operator

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring CNC Machine Operators in both San Diego and Santee, on all shifts!

Duties/Responsibilities:

•Operates vertical and horizontal milling machine centers, related tools, and equipment

•Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.

•Performs in-process inspections

•Cleans and inspects equipment prior to use; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance and effectively communicates machine malfunctions

•Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors.

•Carries out other duties as assigned or required

Required Skills/Abilities:

•Must be able to read blueprints, follow instructions, read instruments, and identify tooling and hardware

•Must be a citizen of the USA or a legal resident alien

•Must be able to read, write, and speak English

•Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent time management skills

•Must be able to multi-task

•Must be able to follow verbal as well as written instructions

•Must understand the importance of keeping production on-schedule to meet customer delivery dates

•Must understand the importance of adhering to Company Safety and Quality Management System policies

Education and Experience:

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•At least one year of related experience desired.

•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

•Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
