Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in Peterborough, NH. The ideal candidate will be fortable working with middle school students and have a passion for supporting students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with other school staff, including general education teachers, therapists, and administrators.
- Provide instruction tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.

- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
