Candidate will work closely with teachers, students, and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Candidate responsibilities may include:

• Assistingteachers in the classroom with instructional activities.
• Supportingstudents with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or English language learners.
• Providingone-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning concepts.
• Helpingwith classroom management and behavior support.
• Collaboratingwith the school team to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Promotinga safe and nurturing atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired; associates degree or college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with childrenin an educational or related setting.
• Strong munication skillsand the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitudeare essential.
