Job Summary:
The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly-organized multitasker. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet and direct visitors
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Data entry and filing
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Handle correspondence via telephone and email
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized and demonstrate solid follow-up skills via email
- Knowledge of multi-line phones
- Data entry experience
- Professional correspondence via telephone and email
- Type 40 words per minute
- Filing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
