What you'll be doing....

  • Drive customer and marketing Research & Insights and Marketing Analytics for the Value Organization and Marketing team

  • Lead and develop insights team in finding actionable customer insights that lead to marketing strategies and tactics that will drive demand gen and awareness. Have a deep understanding of customer insights that matter and a deep understanding of consumers to drive leadership of this group.

    • Qual and Quant primary research leader of team

    • Vendor selection and management

    • Clear understanding of business plans and category to yield actionable insights and actions

  • Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate questions into research designs, analytics plans and customized reports

  • Awareness and engagement Tracking Oversee Brand Health & Management (NPS)

  • Drive Marketing Effectiveness including Analysis & Insights

    • Establish Metrics that Matter to drive the business but also understand the overall business metrics and marketing's role in achieving those metrics.

    • Establish KPI scorecards for marketing strategy team

    • Analyze large data sets and extract actionable insights

  • Run Marketing Analytics including marketing mix modeling (MMM) and be able to extract insights to forecasting.

  • Lead read-outs to business, marketing and cross company, deliver concise executive level reporting and presentations for all read-outs. Responsible to Communicate news that matters across the org.

  • Report on insights on now and future consumer trends that impact Value brands.

  • Serve as an influencer with executive leaders, representing the voice of our Customers through compelling storytelling

  • Build strong relationships and trust by serving as an evangelist of the team and its capabilities

What we are looking for....

  • 10+ years Brand/Consumer research experience, focus on marketing and customer.

  • Advertising and marketing agency experience is a plus

  • Research design experience

  • Strong use of syndicated research and understanding of how to research specific business or customer questions.

  • Translating research and data results to customer targets and product/service recommendations

  • Experience with MMM and marketing analytics is a must

  • Strategic problem solving, intellectual curiosity, marketing and brand experience, ability to craft a story out of the insights/findings, ability to meet with senior leadership and get to the point, collaboration, demonstrate flexibility and agility, desire to win, confidence.

  • Analytic mindset and ability to understand the science well and synthesize for leadership.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
