Job Summary: As the Quality Manager for our structural steel company, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals and overseeing the quality of welds in our steel fabrication processes. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of welding techniques, and hold a certification as a welding inspector. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent work experience. Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is required. Extensive knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and industry standards (AWS, ASME, etc.). Strong understanding of quality management systems and experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
